Mom’s Version:

Ingredients

  • Package cornbread mix
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 Can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Mix all together and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until done (toothpick test about center comes out clean).
Let rest for 10 minutes.
